The Oaks RV Park LLC
1. No speeding (obey park posted speed limit)
2. No loud music
3. Rent is due on the 1st and late after 5pm on the 5th.
4. Power bill is due with rent
5. No sub leasing RV
6. Must keep area around RV maintained-no clutter. pick up any trash.
7. No working on vehicle’s at anytime
8. No appliances/ac units outside trailer (this includes window units)
9. No tarps on RV
10. No tampons or wipes in sewer line
11. No broken down/non registered vehicles/RVs
12. You must maintain your own insurance
13. Close dumpster
14. All dogs must be on a leash when out side.
15. No dangerous dog breeds or dogs. Please pick up after your pet
16. All children must be accompanied by an adult when outside (no throwing rocks)
17. Stay out of fenced-restricted areas
18. Stay out of others yards
19. You will be liable for any damages you cause
20. No drugs or drug activity will be tolerated
21. Disobeying rules/Drama is not tolerated
22. Any RV abandoned will be towed at owner’s expense
23. Anything left behind including deposit will become property of The Oaks RV Park LLC after 15 days
24. Must give 30 day notice to receive deposit back
25. RV Park is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property
26. Be considerate to your neighbors
27. No felon’s allowed on property
